- There is no satellite TV in the home, there is Apple TV in the sitting room and a smart TV in the Master Bedroom.
- This home has a swimming pool accessible via the back door without a fence. In addition, there is a steep drop at the end of the garden, so children must be supervised at all times.
- Please note the master bedroom may get slightly warmer than other areas of the home due to the infrastructure layout. Please let us know if you would like fans for your stay.
- There is space for four vehicles in the spacious driveway of this home. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of this home.
- There are internal and external security cameras at the property. These cameras will be turned off during your stay.
- This home has a strict no pets policy.
