Bright, fresh and wonderfully welcoming, Bienveneda Avenue is an enchanting home welcoming up to 11 guests. There are four elegant bedrooms in the main home and a fifth in the private separate guesthouse, providing guests with a range of sleeping options. With an effortless transition from indoor to outdoor living spaces, it provides guests with the perfect base from which to explore the charms of the greater LA area and is only a ten minute drive from Santa Monica.

Nestled in the Palisades and within easy reach of the coast, this part of the greater LA area is laid-back, relaxed and closer to nature. With plenty of trails virtually on your doorstep, including the Leacock trailhead, it's an ideal opportunity to explore the natural beauty of this part of California. The Pacific Coastal Highway is within easy reach, allowing you to take that road trip through the California Redwood forests or down to the sunkissed sands and pounding surf of Venice and Manhattan Beach. Your dedicated concierge is on hand to arrange car hire for you, should you need it.

The grace and fluidity of Bienveneda Avenue greet you from the moment you enter the hallway. On the left is one of the home's guest rooms - furnished with a queen-size bed – as well as the primary bedroom. If you're staying in LA for business, a tranquil office painted in pastel colours gives you the space and peace you need to get those emails answered on time.

Leading through to the sitting room, you enter a light, airy space decorated in restful, neutral tones. The gourmet kitchen would make any discerning chef proud, with state-of-the-art appliances and a relaxed breakfast bar. The formal dining room is ideal for society soirees or go for something a little more informal with al fresco dining on the terrace. On the second level, an additional sitting room, bathroom, and kitchenette provide a little privacy for guests who want to find their own quiet little corner to relax. If you want to keep up to date with your workout, a fully fitted gym in the garage should keep your fitness on track.

The primary suite features a delightfully indulgent super-king-size bed and a divine ensuite. A skylight floods the ensuite with light, making you feel like you're showering or bathing surrounded by the home's exquisite gardens. The second guest room offers a loft-style, top level full-size bunk bed and the third offers a queen size bed, and share an attractive bathroom. A Murphy bed and an additional single bed in the fourth bedroom provide additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups. For a little additional privacy, a fifth bedroom with a double bed can be found in a charming separate guesthouse, along with an appealing ensuite and a relaxation area with plush sofa and a flatscreen TV.

Outside, the views of the Pacific from the rooftop terrace are breathtaking, especially as the sun sets. The gardens wrap around the home, providing a sense of peace and privacy, while a large swimming pool sparkles in the Californian sunshine. Bienveneda Avenue is an idyllic example of premium vacation rentals in California and is just a five-minute drive from the bohemian charms of Palisades Village.

    • This home has a swimming pool accessible via the back door without a fence.
    • The fireplaces in this home are ornamental and not for use.
    • There is no Satellite or Cable in the home, though there is Apple TV and a DVD player in the sitting room.
    • In the fourth bedroom, there is a double-sized murphy bed and twin-sized daybed, which can be set up upon request. The murphy bed can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
    • There is no wardrobe in the fourth bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. Please let us know when you book if you would like this bed prepared.
    • The fifth bedroom in this home is located in a separate guest house, which is accessed outside. There is a double-sized bed, it can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
    • The separate guest house does not have heating or air-conditioning.
    • In the second bedroom, there is a loft-style, top level full-sized bed, there is no bottom bed. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
    • There is an external Ring doorbell camera facing the front of the home and an internal camera in the garage, which will be disabled during your stay.
    • There is space for one vehicle inside the garage of the home and two additional parking spaces in the driveway.
