Located in the prestigious gated community of Cabo Colorado in San Jose del Cabo is Casa Rayrae, a delightful four-bedroom villa that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Just a short distance from the beach and with the bustling town of Palmilla to the north and a plethora of championship golf courses and Beach Clubs on offer, this is the place for a relaxed family vacation where every amenity is at your fingertips.

This region of the Baja California peninsula is famous for its nightlife, the incredible sporting facilities both on land and in the water, and the sheer indulgence and pampering on offer in its spas and retreats. The thriving town of Cabo provides food lovers with a wide range of gourmet dining options, or have your drinks brought to you as you recline in comfort at one of Cabo’s many Beach Clubs.

The open-plan, contemporary interior of Casa Rayrae sets the tone for this magnificent villa. High ceilings and a seamless flow from interior to exterior, combined with simple yet sublimely elegant décor, make the villa feel light, bright and airy. A cosy dining area and high-end kitchen feature as part of the layout, with polished marble surfaces and organic touches that ground the interior and make it feel cosy and comfortable. A couple of steps take you to the outside dining area for al fresco meals, as well as the sparkling infinity pool and jacuzzi.

Three of the villa’s bedrooms are in the main building, with the fourth in a separate casita, providing a little extra privacy for a couple or younger guests. All four bedrooms feature sumptuous king-size beds, spa-quality ensuites, and walk-in closets, as well as either balcony or terrace access. The colourways are soothing neutrals, accented with soft pops of colour that complement the palette. The bathrooms are simply divine, with the primary suite featuring a dual vanity and a private hot tub.

Outside, the ocean views dominate the landscape, and there is access to a private beach if you prefer your swimming to be of the wild variety. For those magical sunsets, the villa offers plenty of outdoor seating where you can unwind and watch the sky change colour and the stars come out while planning your next day’s adventures.
