Just a few minutes from the town of San José del Cabo, Villa Encantadora del Mar is wonderfully positioned to take advantage of a diverse range of regional facilities. Golf fans can head across to the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course at One&Only Palmilla, wellness enthusiasts can join yoga sessions on the beach and water-babies can take to the sea for fishing, diving, snorkelling and every other type of watersport you can think of. In your downtime, there are more than enough beachfront bars, first-rate restaurants and trendy boutiques to enjoy.

Able to accommodate ten guests across five bedrooms, the villa features two exquisitely finished rooms with king-size beds, two rooms with queen-size beds and one with a queen-size sofa bed. This final room doubles as the villa’s media room and is fitted with a widescreen TV and sound system. The open-plan living space is defined by its beautiful wooden trim and cabinetry. As well as a well-equipped, modern kitchen, there are plush sofas, bar seating and dining space galore.

The outside space centres on a sensational pool and jacuzzi that benefit from jaw-dropping views of the Sea of Cortez. As well as enjoying access to a golf cart for easy travel around the neighbourhood, guests can rent the villa’s 50-foot catamaran and head out to sea to explore the endless islands just offshore.
