*Please note that Villa Grande only accepts children over 6 years of age.

Home Truths

*Villa Grande can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis. There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.

*In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of 25% of the rental rate (minimum $1000USD) is required to cover any damages or repairs.

*Please note there will be an additional 10% service fee for Festive Season bookings.

DEPOSIT

We will secure a $1000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
