Please note that Villa Grande only accepts children over 6 years of age.

Home Truths

Villa Grande can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis. There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.

DEPOSIT

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
