Villa Luminaria’s living room, set beneath exposed timbers, feels homely yet elegant, with a delightful furnished pool terrace that lets you enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living. There’s a sophisticated dining space where you can share meals beneath a grand chandelier, looking out to the seascape beyond. Rustic vases and bespoke wooden cabinetry add character to the spacious kitchen, which benefits from a curved, seated island.

The villa’s bedrooms combine modern comfort with traditional charm, showcasing gorgeous handcrafted wooden furniture and decorative accents. There are three bedrooms in the main villa—two with king-size beds and one with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located in a guest casita and offers a king-size bed. Each bedroom benefits from a peaceful, private outdoor space and has a beautifully presented ensuite. The primary suite’s bathroom impresses with a sunken tub overlooking the ocean.
