Should you wish to venture out, downtown Cabo San Lucas is a gentle stroll or an easy drive away and offers a plethora of chic boutiques, excellent restaurants and exuberant nightlife spots. For quiet days in, curl up in the library with a good book and bring the restaurant to you by having a professional chef come in and prepare a delectable feast. Dine in style in the stunning dining room, then gather around the firepit or retreat to the hot tub for a spot of stargazing.

Home Truths

*Villa Maria can accommodate wedding parties/special events from 80 guests (sit down) to 150 guests (standing). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.

*In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of 25% of the rental rate (minimum $1000USD) is required to cover any damages or repairs.

*Please note there will be an additional 10% service fee for Festive Season bookings.

DEPOSIT

We will secure a $1000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
