Enjoy a dream family holiday at Villa Marlin. This six-bedroom villa is situated right on the glorious sands of the Bay of Dreams on the East Cape close to La Paz. Make a grand entrance on the beach as you descend the steps from your pool terrace right onto the sand. Here you'll find sun loungers and views over the Sea of Cortez with your name on them.

Villa Marlin is part of the private Rancho de Costa estate. This means having full access to facilities such as tennis and basketball courts, hiking trails and a private airport. Delicious seafood meals await at a nearby restaurant, with several more within a 20-minute drive.

Under the thatched roofs and sharp lines of the contemporary villa, you'll find comfortable rooms featuring granite and marble countertops and tile floors. The cinema room is a shady space for relaxing on a plush sofa with your favourite films and people. There's a fitness room with gym equipment, ideal for working up a sweat before unwinding with well-deserved cocktails in the living room. Two kitchens means always having the opportunity to cook up a storm.

The six ensuite bedrooms all have a king-size bed that is a welcome sight after days of sun, sea and sand. And each enjoys terrace access for starting days with the rejuvenating sight and sound of the ocean.

Allow the sweeping sea and hill views to take your breath away from the villa's spacious terrace. Treat yourself to a dip in the pool or an indulgent session in the jacuzzi. Even cooling off feels like a tropical experience in the palapa-shaded lounge and dining area with TV, stereo and wet bar. Palm trees dotted across the outside space complete this picture of paradise.

Home Truths

*Villa Marlin can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 100 guests (sit down) and 150 (standing). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.

*In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of 25% of the rental rate (minimum $1000USD) is required to cover any damages or repairs.

*Please note there will be an additional 10% service fee for Festive Season bookings.

DEPOSIT

We will secure a $1000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
