A gorgeously artistic villa, curled around a mermaid's lagoon of a pool, Casa Tita combines beautiful Mexican tradition with contemporary splendour to create a paradise for families to share.

Settled in wonderful seclusion, Casa Tita rests in one of the most exclusive enclaves in Los Cabos which is also home to the world renowned Esperanza Resort. The airport is only 40 minutes away and the magical town of San Jose del Cabo is just 25 minutes away. The villa is also just 15 minutes from Medano Beach and superb golf courses, restaurants and bars lie all around.

Casa Tita has the air of a traditional beach house made regal: smooth contemporary lines work alongside charming palapa roofs, fresh joyful colours and magnificent tiled floors. The main living area is a gloriously open space, with floor to ceiling windows to fill your hours with sunlight. A beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen sits under a soaring, sail-like ceiling and a handsome wooden bar stretches the length of the room. A delightfully comfy sitting area looks straight out to the patio and is filled with local art and furnishings.

The bedrooms are all composed of air and light, with gleaming white walls and tiled floors whilst local antiques and fabrics provide a glowing cosiness. The five master king suites all boast ocean views, private balconies and opulent ensuite bathrooms. Three children's rooms each provide two sets of bunk beds in spaces of bright colour and kid-friendly design.

The real jewel of Casa Tita, however, is the spectacular outdoor space which feels like a sculptor's take on a hidden cove. The huge infinity pool curves around a gleaming stone deck, its waters reflecting the sky and stonework to create a shimmering canvas. At the centre is a decadent hot tub with steps leading up to shallower waters. Round the corner, awaits the glorious fire pit, surrounded by deep cushioned seating. Behind is a grand al fresco dining table and superb outdoor bar, shaded by the veranda roof. As the crackle of the gentle flames melds with the distant susurration of the sea, you can sit back and drink in the sunset as it bathes the waters with coral and rose.
