Mature palms and verdant tropical flora surround the car park and villa, enveloping you in your very own private paradise. But that’s not all - just steps away from your home is a secluded, sandy cove that beckons you to bathe and swim in its calm crystalline waters.

Set in the high-end neighbourhood of Cayman Kai in Grand Cayman, Cos Kai is a spacious five-bedroom home accommodating up to 15 guests. Inside the impressive 6,000 sq ft. of living space, luxury furnishings combine with travertine and bamboo floors to create an atmosphere that is both opulent and traditional.

A gourmet kitchen with top of the range appliances and gorgeous granite tiles awaits the chefs of the group. Meanwhile, the media room with a 50” flat screen TV is perfect for keeping the younger ones entertained while away. Throughout the home, large oceanfront sliding glass doors ensure that a gorgeous view is never too far out of sight.

On the main level, you will find a king bedroom suite and a double-queen suite with a twin sofa bed for additional guests. On the upper level, you will find a king master suite with a queen sofa bed for two extra guests. There is also a bunk room, as well as an additional king with a queen sofa bed. All rooms enjoy private ensuites, toiletries, and High-thread count Egyptian cotton linens.

Outside, a 1,000 sq ft oceanfront screened veranda provides the perfect place to enjoy magnificent sunsets night after night. On the quiet beach, you will find a choice of lounge chairs, a hammock, grill and dining set to provide all you need for a day on the sands - who needs a pool when you’re just steps away from the ocean?
