With its sheltered cove and gentle waves, nearby Dominical makes the ideal spot to take surf lessons. This eclectic surf town is a treasure trove of local arts and crafts, delicious seafood restaurants, and trendy beach bars. You’re also just a 20-minute drive from the Marino Ballena National Park, where you can spot dolphins and humpback whales. While you're in the area, ask your dedicated concierge to book a canyoning session where your group can abseil down jungle waterfalls and spot monkeys, sloths, and coatis in the canopy.

Exposed timber vaulted ceilings and a charming thatched roof ensure Casa Frenchie integrates organically within its tropical setting. The minimalist kitchen-living space is flooded with natural light and opens onto a delightful al fresco living area with an up-to-date grilling station. Here, you’ll find comfortable lounge and dining furniture and two day beds - ideal for afternoon siestas. Whip up a feast in the well-equipped blond-wood kitchen, then dine on the covered terrace, in the warm glow of those remarkable sunsets.

There are four sublime bedrooms, each with an attractive ensuite with soothing stone and wooden accents. A Balinese stone tub and twin vanity sinks elevate the primary ensuite to a next-level experience. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed each; the other two have two queen-sized beds apiece. Each bed boasts an ornate carved wooden headboard, infusing earthy rainforest notes into the space. Guests can enjoy access to either the pool terrace or a balcony from their bedroom.

The villa’s outdoor spaces echo the same breezy, contemporary style as the interiors. Cocooned by tropical gardens, the villa’s terraces make an enchanting spot for a cocktail. Sun loungers flank the infinity pool and offer the panoramic view that defines this captivating tropical oasis.
