Situated on the seafront, this spectacular family-friendly villa uses natural materials to excellent effect and is defined by its wood-lined interiors and stone exteriors. An excellent choice for multi-generational holidays and tropical escapes with a large group of friends, Casa Minitas is the dream Dominican destination.

As well as its own private beach, the villa boasts incredible access to Casa de Campo’s popular Playa Minitas and is just minutes from the local marina, where you can watch the yachts come in while enjoying a gourmet dining experience at one of the many restaurants. The La Romana International Airport is a short, 15-minute drive away, while the city of La Romana is also within easy reach. For golf fans, several world-class courses are located within the La Romana area, including the famous ‘Teeth of the Dog’ course.

Spread over 12 bedrooms, the villa can sleep 24 guests comfortably. Seven of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, while three are equipped with two queen-size beds each, one further bedroom comes with a single queen-size bed and the final bedroom comes with two full sofa beds. All of the bedrooms benefit from gorgeous ensuite bathrooms and several include private balconies or direct access to the garden. The professionally equipped kitchen ensures you can cater for all guests, while comfortable dining and living areas ensure you have space to socialise. The fitness room is great for morning workouts, while the massage room is ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

The villa’s remarkable infinity pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Caribbean sunset, while the lush, tropical garden is a joy to explore.     • Please note a registration fee is required for guests staying in rented private villas in order to gain access to Casa de Campo and the use of the resort’s facilities. The resort registration fee is subject to change and paid directly to CDC. Each person, when registered, will receive a Casa de Campo ID card, which will detail the guest's dates of stay. The ID card will grant the individual named on the card access to the resort, as well as the use of various facilities. For complete fees and details please inquire with your agent.
