HOUSE RULES
- Please note a registration fee is required for guests staying in rented private villas in order to gain access to Casa de Campo and the use of the resort’s facilities. The resort registration fee is subject to change and paid directly to CDC. Each person, when registered, will receive a Casa de Campo ID card, which will detail the guest's dates of stay. The ID card will grant the individual named on the card access to the resort, as well as the use of various facilities. For complete fees and details please inquire with your agent.
Home Truths
- Renovation and improvements will be undertaking in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year.
- This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. During this period, conditioning works will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery and personnel, being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. The resort will be working to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.
- The affected areas will be: Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some not all) and Golf Villas Phase 1.
- Please note, the security deposit for this villa will be equivalent to one night’s rental rate.
DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
