Tucked away in the green hills surrounding and overlooking Cannes is contemporary Villa Leo. The villa is a nature lover's dream, with Croix-des-Gardes Natural Park and Forest just a five-minute drive away. You can also see the sea from many spots within Villa Leo's lush, manicured gardens.

With four bedrooms and an additional one-bedroom apartment found across three stylish floors, Villa Leo gives a large group luxuriously spacious and flexible accommodation. Four bedrooms have double beds, with the fifth bedroom in the apartment boasting a queen-size bed. All have a modern and fully-equipped ensuite.

The look throughout Villa Leo is modern chic. Neutral tones, clean lines and plenty of modern facilities inside perfectly complement the futuristic-style exterior. Be as active or as relaxed as you like, with an indoor gym and sauna and a large terrace for laid-back al fresco meals and drinks.

Work out with laps in the pool or simply cool off with a refreshing dip on hot days. The rest of the gardens are leafy and romantic, with a daybed found in an elevated area with stone walls draped in rambling plants. An unusual feature is the resident chickens, who will provide you with eggs every morning if you're lucky!

Villa Leo is ideally located for enjoying both the peace of nature and the buzz of the town. Croix-des-Gardes Natural Park and Forest is home to a variety of wildflowers and wooded trails to follow on idyllic walks. And yet, famous promenade La Croisette, beaches and the heart of Cannes with its restaurants, shops, bars and attractions are just a 15-minute drive away.
