Clinging to the hillside and hidden within the treetop canopy just outside La Condamine, Villa Seaview Terrace is a stylish, contemporary home which is sure to impress guests. Created by French architect André Drouin in 1967, this magnificent masterpiece is built directly onto the rock face and looks out to the south-west with breathtaking views across the sea from almost every room inside the 270m2 villa.

Designed in the Bauhaus style, the villa’s sleek, streamlined aesthetics work in perfect harmony with its beautiful natural surroundings. In fact, its exquisite architecture, handsome looks and unbeatable location have won Villa Seaview Terrace countless accolades over the years, including being named ‘Best Villa in the Med’ by The Times and being awarded for having one of the most beautiful pools in the area.

The stunning rooftop infinity pool - with sweeping vistas over the Bay of Villefranche - is the first feature to catch your eye as you arrive at the home via the private driveway which winds down the cliffside to a secure gated car park. If that wasn’t enough of a stylish entrance then the private glass gala lift that lowers you down each floor is sure to provide the wow-factor! Follow a winding pathway cut through the craggy rocks to access the chic home.

On the top level, there’s a sleek, modern kitchen which leads into a dining area with a table seating ten and a comfortable living room with a TV and a log-burning stove. There’s also a library of CDs and DVDs to choose from if you want to plan a movie night or find the perfect soundtrack for a day lounging by the pool. On this floor, you can access a sun-kissed outdoor dining terrace with barbecue and the sheltered hot tub, or follow the stairs up to the pool above. On the middle level you’ll find three double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, one with a large attached office; and on the lower level are two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms make the most of the views with large windows.

Guests are greeted with a welcome gift basket and can also make the most of a concierge service that offers a private chef, spa and beauty treatments, babysitting and exclusive activities from private yacht hire and helicopter trips. Villa Seaview Terrace is just 3.5 km from the beach, pastel-coloured buildings and narrow, winding streets of Villefranche and 14 km from Monte Carlo Golf Course, so there’s plenty to do if you want to explore the local area without having to travel too far afield. Located just 15 km from Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport, it’s easy for international visitors to get to the villa.

We all loved the house. It was just beautiful. I close my eyes and dream of being back there. Well situated with fabulous views, glamorous, comfortable, clean as could be and well appointed with all the little things you need to begin your holiday. Jimmy was the house manager and was incredibly helpful and always answered our texts. Having a wonderful villa to wake up to and come home to was the key to our great vacation. Thank you so much!
