Set in an elevated position in the idyllic commune of Mouans-Sartoux, Villa Evoline is a five-bedroom retreat with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea in the distance. A lovely choice for family holidays, you will enjoy total peace and quiet while still remaining within easy reach of the excellent amenities within the medieval town of Mougins.

Its expansive garden is such a peaceful place to make the most of the sunshine. Beautifully manicured and lined with verdant trees and shrubs, a private tennis court and a full-length swimming pool can be found nestled within.

The flat lawn is perfect for the children to run and play while the adults get to bask on the many comfortable loungers set around the pool. Prefer the shade? A covered stone seating area offers even more space to sit out and make the most of your tranquil surroundings while keeping cool.

Step inside the villa and on the ground floor, you will discover a light-filled living room extending into a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors from the kitchen open out onto an outdoor dining space - wonderful for al fresco dinners together.

Four of the bedrooms are also set on the ground floor, all with private ensuite bathrooms. The upper floor hosts the gorgeous master bedroom, which boasts a plush super king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to a large terrace. There is an additional seating lounge and an office set on this level.
