Nestled in the tranquil hideaway of Cayman Kai, this delightful four-bedroom villa welcomes up to eight guests with elegant interiors and exquisite exteriors. Kai-Yak Cove is a magical place with a private dock and instant access to the calm blue waters of the bay. Beautifully decorated in a blue and neutral palette, this beguiling villa is a perfect choice for a family retreat.

Grand Cayman has a reputation for being a billionaire's playground, but this charming island also has plenty of personality to enchant you with. From conservation projects to gourmet food, boutique shopping and evening entertainment, there is something for everyone. One of the most magical elements happens at night when Cayman Kai Bay transforms and takes on its other name, 'Bioluminescent Bay'. The whole bay shimmers on a moonless night, and there is nothing quite like a kayak bio-tour of the glowing phytoplankton as you glide through the mesmerising light they produce.

The sky-blue exterior of the villa leads to a beautifully fitted interior. A complementary colour scheme creates a charming, cosy home that feels like a casual beach cottage but with plenty of refinements. The large living area is open-plan and leads to the sleek kitchen and dining areas, creating a fluid space where guests can mingle. A first-floor den is ideal for an evening watching the big game on the large flat-screen TV. There is also a second media room for those who would prefer to kick back with a blockbuster and a bowl of popcorn.

The four bedrooms are divided into two king-size suites, a cosy queen-size suite, and a twin room with two twin beds that would be just right for younger guests. Two suites have attractive ensuites, while one queen suite and the twin room share a large bathroom. Individual touches give each room real character, such as access to the villa's wrap-around veranda or plush window seats.

A sandy path leads from the large infinity pool and outdoor living and dining space to a private dock and gazebo. From here, you can launch your kayak and explore the attractions of this safe, shallow cove and nearby Rum Point. Return as the sun sets, settle back with a rum cocktail, and watch the stars come out over this tropical paradise. What could be better?
