Originally planned as two villas, this sprawling retreat has the largest land area of any of the villas on the Samujana Estate. Nestled on the hillside, and looking out across the ocean, the villa feels wonderfully secluded but you are very well connected. The airport and the vibrant beachside town of Chaweng are both less than ten minutes away and you can walk to the beach. The estate provides round-the-clock security, as well as its own floodlit tennis court and the superb staff of villa manager and gardener ensure you’re well looked after during your stay.
Designed to both make the most of its stunning surroundings and bring people together, Samujana 22 is composed of wide-open spaces, adorned in cool white stone and open to the elements. The glorious main living area is a huge hall that everyone can share in perfect comfort, from the huge, deep-cushioned sofas to the grand dining table. There are two fully-equipped kitchens, as well as a Nuvo sound system throughout. The fully-equipped private gym is a delightful space for a workout and, afterwards, there's the sumptuous spa room and the utterly glamorous cinema with huge comfy loungers. The games room, with a pool table, makes a fabulous spot for families or friends connecting and a cosy TV lounge makes for a quieter spot.
The six huge ensuite bedrooms are chic havens designed for perfect rest and repose. Each has great glass sliding doors which frame the views and give access to lovely private patios. The sleek and serene bathrooms are gorgeously appointed with rain showers and deep soaking tubs in rooms adorned with cooling natural stone. There are also two 'maids rooms', for any accompanying staff, and the villa is only on two levels, making it great for those with access issues.
Outside awaits a grand sprawling network of lawns, decks and gardens which soak up the sunshine and offer a myriad of perfect spots in which to relax. The fabulous rooftop garden is an enchanting setting for sunset drinks whilst the large lawn is great for playing or sunbathing. A grand deck is hugged by the spectacular infinity pool which seems to stretch to the very horizon. There's a poolside gas BBQ to fire up, table tennis to try your hand at and lovely landscaped gardens to wander through and soak up the beauty surrounding you.
