Lake Street I is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in San Francisco’s Richmond District. There are two sitting rooms, one with comfy sofas and an upright piano, and another with a large screen for movie watching. There’s a dining room plus a smart kitchen with marble worktops. The master bedroom has a white ensuite finished with geometric tiles. This home sits on the southern edge of the sprawling Presidio park, in a pleasant residential setting near some laidback cafés and restaurants. The home is close to Baker Beach as well as Crissy Field. It is a ten minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and a fifteen-minute drive to the bars and theatres of the Castro.
