Business travellers have all they need here, too - a study can be found on the home’s mezzanine level.

Addison Road II is an extremely spacious home, boasting a large open-plan sitting room and kitchen, as well as a fabulous cinema room with a projector - ideal for those cosy nights in, when you don't feel like heading out. This home has such a warm and inviting interior throughout; from the light-filled and vibrant lounge to the elegant dining room filled with stunning antique furnishings, every room is a delight to spend time in. For those visiting in the warmer spring and summer months, the charming terrace provides a tranquil and secluded space to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.

This delightful home comfortably sleeps four guests but has the welcome addition of a sofa bed located in the second bedroom, accommodating a further two guests if needed. This room also benefits from two bathrooms, ideal for larger groups who would prefer some extra privacy. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and its own ensuite bathroom.

You’ll find an abundance of cosy cafes and independent restaurants in the surrounding area, but if you fancy exploring a little further afield then the nearest tube station is a ten-minute walk away. * This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.

* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

* There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no internal elevator.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

* This home has a portable air-conditioning unit in the second bedroom. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is a sofa bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* There are construction works currently taking place either side of this home. Working hours will be 8-5 on weekdays, with no works taking place on weekends. Noise can be heard inside the home, and at times can be significant due to drilling.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
