The décor in Brewster Gardens IV has a distinctly continental feel, with a carefully chosen blend of classic, Regency-style furnishings balanced with more modern touches and bespoke items such as the driftwood coffee table. The living area is a relaxed, refined space with a large L-shaped sofa and polished wooden floors. The open-plan design leads naturally onto the kitchen, which has a cottage-like charm with dusky-pink tones balanced by fresh white surfaces. This was our first time using onefinestay. Having used Airbnb a lot in the past, I think there are pros and cons to the difference we got with onefinestay. The quality of the flat was just as pictured, and a fair price, I felt. The add-on features (grocery delivery) was a very nice option as well. I'd say the main con was the response time sometimes of the team.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

* The entrance to this home is on the first floor.

* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

* There is limited flat storage space in the master bedroom, however there is a hanging rail that is not pictured in the listing photos.

* The third bedroom has a double sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. Please let us know if you would like this set up for your stay.

* Some train noise can be heard inside the home from the nearby railway.

* There are cameras inside this home however they are not live.
