* There is a trundle bed in the fourth bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

* The homeowner lives in a self-contained apartment, with its own entrance door, on the lower ground floor of of this home.
