Holland Park is famous for its peacocks and formal gardens, and a little of that elegance has rubbed off on Campden Hill Gardens IV. Entering at ground level, you’ll come to the contemporary kitchen, where a skylight overlooks the dining table for six. The decked garden is out through bi-folding doors, and down on the lower ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped fitness room and the second bedroom. On the first floor, the sitting room has sleek lamps, earthy brown walls and a pair of cream sofas.



There’s a natural look in the master bedroom too (on the second floor), from the tan-toned walls to the wooden accents in the ensuite. Up again, you’ll find the third bedroom with a bunk bed to your right. The bathroom is opposite, and next door is the double bedroom, with a baby-blue ensuite.

Home Truths

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

* The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

* There is a private parking space in the drive way of the home. Although it will fit most cars, it is quite narrow and may be a slightly tighter fit for larger cars. Please speak to your sales advisor for more information.

* There is limited phone reception inside this home.

* One loveable dog lives at this home. She won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
