Great customer service. Everything organised in advance but not too far in advance. Very polite people and the apartment was beautiful, clean and organised with everything we could possibly need.

We had a wonderful time in our place in London. The house was impeccable! So clean, perfect size, had everything we needed, really comfortable, great neighborhood and quiet cute street! Only complaint is that the towels would pill a lot so it was a bit annoying because after showers you would end up with all the little white towel bits all over. However, the cleaning services were great and the communication with onefinestay was wonderful! All in all a 10/10 experience!!! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Campden Hill Gardens. The house is well equipped, warm and welcoming, and pleasantly decorated and furnished. It was the perfect base for my stay in London this April.The proximity to the shops and the park was invaluable, and the house is on a very quiet road so it always felt peaceful.

onefinestay was amazing! Our first rental was cancelled due to the owners selling, but they immediately found us another one that we ended up liking better. They were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. And left us the most amazing welcome gift when we checked in. I will definitely use them again.
