Stepping into Castellain Road IV, you’ll find the sleek, taupe-tiled bathroom straight ahead – but this Maida Vale home is just as polished elsewhere. Glossy cabinets and shiny black worktops catch the eye in the kitchen, to the left, where a large service window looks through to the sitting room. Four tall-backed chairs sit around the glass-topped dining table, and opposite the fireplace you’ll see two cream sofas and a vintage rug. Outside, four can dine on the wide balcony, which has a view of the park below.



Turning right from the entrance, you’ll come to the second bedroom, which has a double Murphy bed. The master bedroom, right again, is dotted with both classic and modern artwork. Facing the double bed, there’s a TV mounted on a shiny feature wall (which doubles as a built in wardrobe), and the tan-tiled ensuite is downlit and contemporary.

Home Truths

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is a sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* Parking is available upon request at the point of booking for additional £10 per day. Should you need this please let our sales team know as at times it may not be available.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
