* There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, available for guest use.

* This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children under 6 years old.

* The homeowners' housekeeper may attend during your stay to clean the home, usually on a Wednesday morning. They have a key to let themselves into the home.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
