* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

* The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower ground floor.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
