- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home may accept babies on request, but does not accept toddlers, children or pets.
- The entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are two steps down from street-level.
- Although this home is spread across one floor, there are three steps down to the sitting room and kitchen area, and one step up into the second bedroom ensuite.
- Due to this home's central location guests may hear some noise, particularly in the bedrooms.
