* This home is on the third floor. There are stairs to the entrance and a building elevator available.

* While the apartment is all on one floor, there are stairs in the hallway and steps in various other locations.

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* The home's water pump system makes a loud sound after one of the bathrooms have been in use. This only lasts for a minute or two.

* The built-in coffee machine in the kitchen is not in use.

* There are security cameras in the communal areas of the building.

* This home also accepts pets. If you wish to bring your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
