Esmond Road II’s uniqueness starts at its entrance. The hosts like to travel, and have decorated the light, open-plan living area with their souvenirs. The sitting room is hung with pop art, the kitchen has Emma Bridgewater tea sets, and a carved Indian doorway is striking against the dining room’s black feature wall. Through the broad glass doors there’s a patio garden, and the utility room (and bike shed) are just beyond.



A staircase to the left of the living area leads to the first floor. There’s a crimson TV room, lined with books, on the left, and both the twin bedroom and the third bedroom – with its double bed and Indian wall hangings – are further along this corridor. Head up to the second floor for the master bedroom. Its ensuite is skylit, and dark taupe walls are the canvas for yet more cultured artworks.

Home Truths

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is normally the residence of a dog. While it will not be present during your stay, this home may be unsuitable for those with severe pet allergies.

* The two single beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to make a double bed. Please let us know if you would like this for your stay.

* This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

* While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for more information

* There is currently construction work taking place on the property next door to this one. This is due for completion later in the summer but may overrun. Noise can be heard inside the home and in the garden during working hours.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
