* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is no permanent hanging space in the master bedroom so we will provide hanging rail for your storage.

* This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers and children.

* There is an elevator which takes you up to the entrance of this home on the third floor.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
