- This home doesn't have air-conditioning, although there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms other than the fifth bedroom. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children but does not accept pets.
- This home is spread over four levels with no internal elevator.
- The stairs that access the fifth bedroom on the fourth floor are steep and narrow.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- Tube noise can be heard throughout the home but especially on the entrance floor.
- There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.
- The TV in the master bedroom is internet-only.
