An inviting four-bedroom home in Shepherd's Bush, Havilland Mews is the perfect retreat for a family getaway in the capital. Nestled within an exclusive gated development, this charming abode offers peace and quiet while still being within easy reach of London’s most renowned districts and attractions.

Nearby, you’ll find the luxury stores and eateries of the bustling Westfield shopping centre. Even closer is the much-loved Shepherd's Bush Market, which has been offering a daily array of unique crafts and foods from independent traders for over 100 years.

Havilland Mews certainly doesn’t shy away from colour and individuality. On the entrance level is the main sitting room, centered around a velvety, plum-toned sofa, a vibrant Navajo rug, and a one-of-a-kind glass coffee table held up by carved stone pillars. Dotted all around is a collection of unique trinkets and sculptures, adding a touch of African influence.

Downstairs is yet another sitting room, complete with a snuggly L-shaped sofa. The contemporary kitchen is also set on this level, offering a breakfast bar as well as a dedicated dining area. This bright and airy space enjoys plenty of sunlight, pouring in through a wall of folding doors which lead out onto a private terrace. Furnished with lots of comfy seating, it’s a lovely spot to spend time together in the warmer seasons.

When you’re ready to call it a day and enjoy a restful night’s sleep, four bedrooms await - divided across the second and third levels of the home. Occupying the entire second level is the spacious master bedroom, with a super king-size bed, a dressing room, and a private ensuite bathroom.

* Scaffolding will soon be put up on this, and neighbouring homes, so as the solar panels can be serviced.

* There is adult-themed artwork in this home.

* There are no bedside tables in the second bedroom.
