* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is no fence between the communal garden and the garden of this home.

* This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers and children.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

* The TV in this home does not have an aerial and thus normal channels cannot be received. However, On Demand television through the internet can be accessed.

* The homeowner has a stand alone office unit at the front of the house for their personal use. It has separate access but you may notice some activity when the office is in use.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
