Decorated in smoky blues and greys, with velvet seats and cool Deco-style furniture, this home’s living areas have a decadent air. * This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is no fence between the communal garden and the garden of this home.

* This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers and children.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

* The TV in this home does not have an aerial and thus normal channels cannot be received. However, On Demand television through the internet can be accessed.

* The homeowner has a stand alone office unit at the front of the house for their personal use. It has separate access but you may notice some activity when the office is in use.

* There are external CCTV cameras outside the front and rear of this home, however, there are none inside.
