One of the first things you’ll notice as you make your way inside this delightful home is the sheer amount of space available to you. Boasting two sitting rooms, an office, and a large open-plan kitchen and diner - there’s more than enough room for up to seven guests to unwind in comfort.

* This home has air-conditioning in the top floor bedrooms only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other rooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home accepts toddlers and children, but does not accept babies.

* There is limited phone reception inside this home.

* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

* The second double bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

* This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

* The barbecue in this home is not in use.

* The homeowner's housekeeper will visit the home twice a week and has a key to the home. We will let you know the date and time of her visits in advance.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
