Loris Road is a four bedroom, four bathroom home in Kensington Olympia. On the ground floor, there’s a sitting room with colourful soft furnishings, clean lines and statement lighting. To the rear there’s a smart, modern kitchen with glass doors leading out into a charming garden with a barbecue. Upstairs there are four stylish bedrooms and there is a cinema room with a film projector on the lower ground floor. The surrounding streets are lined with genteel townhouses. Nearby, you’ve got the Olympia conference centre, Westfield shopping centre and two excellent music venues: Shepherd’s Bush Empire and Bush Hall. Goldhawk Road tube station is around seven minutes’ walk away.

*The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

*No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

* This home is spread over six floors with no internal elevator.

* There is no hanging space in the wardrobe in second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* The projector and DVD player in the cinema room are currently out of order.

* The WiFi signal can be affected by bad weather.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot the homeowner has made some minor decorative changes to the home and there is now a fourth bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room available on the top floor.

* The BBQ in this home is not in use.

* This is a much loved family home and shows some signs of wear and tear.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
