Home Truths

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the sitting room has been updated with a new sofa to replace the green one pictured. We'll be taking new photographs soon.

* The washing machine and dryer are smaller than standard.

* The communal hallway leading to the home's entrance is well worn.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
