We thought the central location of the property and the standard of the property itself were excellent. Nick, our greeter was there upon our arrival, he was very friendly and professional. When we encountered an electrical problem during our stay, the office sent an electrician to sort within 2 hours - exceptional in central London during the New Year holiday period!

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* The home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

* There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.

* There is a trundle bed in the single bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

* There is currently scaffolding up on a neighbouring property while decorative works are taking place. Some noise may be heard from inside the home during working hours.

* One loveable dog lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
