Grand plan
Besides a cinema, basketball court, fitness room and a grand piano, this West Hampstead home has five sitting rooms – and you’ll find two on the left of the entrance, both bright with stunning artwork. There’s another on the right, and beyond is the open-plan kitchen, which leads out to the large garden (it has a barbecue, golf net, mini basketball court and football pitch). Downstairs are the cinema and fitness rooms, as well as a bathroom and the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed.

The master bedroom, on the first floor, is contemporary, and there’s a roll-top bath in the marbled ensuite. Straight ahead is the bathroom, and on the left you’ll come to the fifth bedroom (with two singles), which leads into the light office and the darkly tiled ensuite. Up again, the second bedroom (with a king-size bed) and the understated third bedroom each have their own stand-alone living quarters – including an ensuite, sitting room and kitchen.

* There is a sofabed in the office which can be set up for two guests. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* The homeowners have pet fish whose tank remains in the home during guest stays. We ask that you take a moment every day to feed them, using the instructions provided.

* This home may accept babies, toddlers or children on request.

* The fourth bedroom and second bathroom is on the lower ground floor.

* Your homeowner's housekeeper, Sina will visit on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am and 3pm to clean the home.

* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
