* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There are steps down to the entrance of this home and the entrance is located at basement level.

* There is an external camera outside this home connected to the entry system.

* There is a glass walled ensuite in the guest bedroom. Although covered by a curtain on one side, it does not offer much privacy.

* There is limited storage in the second bedroom, a small hanging rail is provided.

* The flat directly above the home is undergoing a refurbishment, noise can be heard from inside the home.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
