* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

* This home is spread between two floors with no internal elevator.

* There are several steps up to the front door of this home with no elevator access.

* The third bedroom is on the lower-ground floor and features a single sofa bed. Please let us know if you would like it prepared for your booking.

* Tube noise can be heard throughout the home but especially in the sitting room, kitchen and third bedroom suite.
