* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is on the lower ground floor.

* There are stairs down to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.

* Please note that the towel rails in both bathrooms are not connected to the heating but both bathroom floors are heated instead.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
