Springcroft Avenue II is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Highgate. This home’s open-plan living area is a stunning space. First the impeccable design details catch the eye – the herringbone parquet floors, the glass wall that frames a garden view – then you notice the gracefully designed furniture and vivid artworks. The ensuite master bedroom is just as beautifully done (we especially love the dreamy pastel colour palette). This corner of Highgate is leafy and lovely, with plenty of local pubs and cafés. * This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

* This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.

* There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom that can be set up to sleep two children or one adult. Please let us know when you book how you would like it set up for your stay.

* The wood burning stove is ornamental.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
