* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like a fan outside the summer period.

* This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.

* There is limited phone reception inside this home.

* This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.

* The homeowners' cleaner will visit on Tuesday afternoons for a few hours.

* The TV is the Master Bedroom is currently out of use.

* On occasion, you can hear the lift in the building from inside the home.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
