Moments from the leafy lawns of Wandsworth Common, Trinity Road is a delightful five-bedroom townhouse in South-West London. An exceptional retreat for a family holiday in the city, this spacious abode provides more than enough room for up to eight guests.

An elegant sitting room blends modern comfort with traditional Victorian charm, from the magnificent marble fireplace and stained glass doors to the sparkling chandelier taking centre stage above it all. While there are plenty of cosy sofas and chairs to curl up on together, there’s a second lounge space offering even more room to unwind.

This bright and airy home even has its very own playroom, filled with toys and books to keep little ones occupied for hours. When it comes to keeping the adults entertained, the spectacular open-plan kitchen and dining room are sure to please - cooking family meals is a real delight in this sleek, yet classical space. At its heart is a huge island for prepping tasty treats, and a large oak dining table with seating for eight. Leading out from the kitchen is a large garden, complete with a ping pong table and an outdoor bench for guests to sit and savour the afternoon sunshine.

Five bedrooms unfold across three floors of the home. The largest of them all - the master bedroom - can be found on the top floor, boasting an ensuite bathroom and seriously snuggly super king-sized bed. The second and fourth floors each contain king-sized bedrooms, also with ensuites. On the fifth level are two single bedrooms, both with additional trundle beds for extra guests - although only one trundle bed can be used at a time.

Home Truths

* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is space for one large car and one small car in the driveway of this home.

* There is currently construction work taking place in a neighbouring home. Some noise can be heard from inside the home during working hours.

* This home is spread over six floors with no internal elevator.

* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

* The barbecue in this home is not in use.

* There is no wardrobe space in the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms. Hanging rails will be provided for storage.

* There are trundle beds in the fourth and fifth bedrooms. A maximum of one can be used per booking. Please let us know when you book if you would like one of them prepared.

* This is a much-loved family home with signs of wear and tear.

* The shower in the playroom toilet room is not in use.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the second sofa in the lower ground floor sitting room has been relocated to the ground floor sitting room.
