Oozing with industrial chic, Tyers Gate II is a sleek two-bedroom warehouse conversion in the heart of the city. Exposed beams and stripped back brick walls nod towards the origins of the building; now transformed into a stylish, open space with everything a small family, couple or business traveller could need while visiting the capital.



Much of the home’s colour palette is set by the neutral tones of the brick and wood; contrasted by the mustard and navy shades of the soft furnishings and vibrant art pieces in the lounge area. An open-plan design creates a sociable space for everyone to gather; a dining table sits behind the sofa, and opposite this is a hidden kitchenette - uncovered by rolling back the wooden doors.



This minimalist style flows through into the two bedrooms, separated by crystal windows from the living area. The master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a retro record player.



Set just off Bermondsey Street, Tyers Gate II is a short stroll from some of the city’s most iconic landmarks; London Bridge, the River Thames, and the historic Borough Market - and not to mention the seemingly endless choice of bars and restaurants along the way.

Home Truths

* This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home accepts children but does not accept babies and toddlers.

* This home is on the second floor with no internal elevator.

* The bedrooms have windows overlooking the sitting room, there is a shear curtain to provide some privacy.

* There is currently construction work taking place in the neighbouring flat above with scaffolding on the building. Some noise may be heard inside the home during working hours.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
