Warm, neutral tones make up the sophisticated interior of the apartment, especially in the open-plan sitting room and kitchen. Set around the coffee table atop a shaggy boho rug is a collection of snug seating options; a pair of tan leather armchairs, a cushioned window seat, and a cosy bouclé sofa - its soft curves adding a hint of retro to the otherwise modern aesthetic.
Just behind is the modern kitchen, with its convenient breakfast bar and a wealth of appliances. To its left, a dining table seats up to four guests. You would never believe that Winchester Street III is set at the basement level - this part of the room, in particular, basks in bright, natural light.
A few paces away are the apartment’s three bedrooms. The master bedroom is the largest of them all, offering a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a fitted bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
Centrally located in Pimlico, much of this quiet, upmarket area is taken up by rows of striking Victorian townhouses, but head just a little further outside this picturesque part of London and you’ll find plenty of buzz and activity. A short ten-minute walk takes you to the Pimlico tube station, linking you to the rest of Central London, while a 15-minute stroll will take you to Buckingham Palace and the scenic St James Park. Or, you could hop in a cab and explore the neighbouring districts of Chelsea and Westminster for an abundance of excellent dining and shopping experiences.
