Nestled in the affluent neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades, this stunning four-bedroom home is a delightful base from which you can explore the sun-soaked streets of Los Angeles; whether you are visiting as a family, for business, or with your closest friends.

You’ll feel a sense of privacy from the moment you step through the front gate, where a sunny and secluded courtyard is cocooned by a tall, leafy hedge. Inside, there’s a lovely traditional feel throughout, finished off with a touch of coastal inspiration. The open-plan entrance level is the heart of the home, combining both the lounge and dining spaces into one sociable and spacious hub.

In the main sitting room, wooden furnishings and ceiling panels create a warm and inviting ambience, accompanied by an abundance of plump sofas and chairs. Close by, a second sitting room beckons you in to unwind after a busy day.

Open up the French doors and breathe in the fresh, ocean air from the outside deck - a cool, shaded spot to snuggle into with a good book or to simply sit and soak up those uninterrupted views. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll also have the option of a private patio and rooftop deck. Both of these are accessed from the second level of the home, which also has a dedicated office space.

On the lower level is the master bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed, dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom. Close by are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom, both with queen-sized beds. All three bedrooms on this level open out onto yet another private deck with glorious views. The fourth bedroom is set separately on the main level, also with a queen-sized bed.

When it comes to checking out the local area, it’s just a five-minute drive to Palisades Village, where you’ll find a selection of charming cafes and boutiques. A little further down the coast is Santa Monica Beach, with its bustling pier and amusement park.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

* There are around 70 total steps down to the outside grass terraces of the home, some of which are steep and uneven.

* All of the fireplaces in the home are strictly ornamental and not for use.

* This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers or children. Please contact our Reservations team for any inquiries with toddlers or children. The homeowner will consider these requests on a case by case basis.

* There is unrestricted street parking available in front of the home.

* There are external security cameras located at the front door and on the front of the home's garage.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
