Bashford Street is a contemporary three-bedroom retreat, nestled along a leafy residential street in the upscale neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades. Just half a mile from the charming eateries, shops, and much-loved farmer’s market in Palisades Village - as well as being a short drive from the scenic hiking trails of Temescal Canyon and Potrero Canyon - you’ll be able to experience the very best of LA’s palm-lined West Coast. And, if you’re planning on some sightseeing in the area’s most iconic destinations, the beaches of Venice and Santa Monica are less than a 25-minute drive away outside of peak hours.



Within, the home’s sophisticated interior unfurls across a spacious, open-plan layout. At its heart is the sun-soaked sitting room, its oversized, snuggly sofa set across from an elegant marble fireplace.



Swing open the French doors and let the breezes roll in, or head outside the home’s sunny backyard. Perfect for entertaining, this secluded spot has a barbecue and plenty of comfy outdoor seating, including two cosy egg chairs suspended from the terrace above.



Behind the sitting room is a sleek gourmet kitchen, with a fabulous range oven and a large island for easy meal prep. To the left, a formal dining area seats up to eight guests, sat opposite a gorgeous grand piano. Close by, a second sitting room offers somewhere quiet to catch up on your work, with a desk, pull-out sofa bed, and a bathroom.



Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly large, boasting a king-sized bed, a spa-like ensuite with a sumptuous roll-top bathtub, and a private terrace. On clear days, you can see all way to the Pacific Ocean - a glorious sight to savour as you sip on your morning coffee. Both the second and third bedrooms have a queen-sized bed.

Home Truths

* One lovable hypoallergenic labradoodle lives in this home. While he won't be here for your stay, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

* This home accepts babies in arm not yet crawling and children ages 4 and up, but does not accept toddlers.

* The fireplace next to the piano is strictly ornamental and not for use. There are two other functional fireplaces for use in the sitting room and in the master bedroom.

* There is space to park two cars in the driveway of the home. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of this home.

* There is a pull out queen sofa bed in the downstairs sitting room, which can be set up for two people but is more comfortable for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

* There are external security cameras at this home.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
