* As of September 2021 construction on a new build home has started next door to this property. The current listing price has been adjusted to consider the construction and noise that may be experienced while in stay.

* There is limited cell service at this home.

* There is no satellite TV in the home, there is Apple TV in the sitting room and a smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

* This home has a swimming pool accessible via the back door without a fence. In addition, there is a steep drop at the end of the garden, so children must be supervised at all times.

* There is space for four vehicles in the spacious driveway of this home. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of this home.

* This home has a strict no pets policy.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
