Whether you’re planning to unwind on a family getaway or looking for a secluded spot to inspire your next venture, Electra Drive welcomes you with open arms.
Tucked behind lush green hedging and a private entry, the main entrance of the home is accessed through a peaceful courtyard. Step inside, and you’ll be introduced to the spacious ground floor - a sleek, modern space that seamlessly flows from one room to another. Among them are the two airy sitting rooms, both with lovely views across the Hollywood Hills.
Nearby, the chef’s kitchen is an absolute delight. Filled with high-end appliances and an adjoining dining room with space for up to eight guests, any budding chefs of the group will find it a dream to whip up delicious meals for everyone.
There’s a good chance you’ll want to make the most of the Californian sunshine, and the home’s glorious garden is the best place to do so. Doze off on the hammock, cool off in the glimmering swimming pool, or enjoy a satisfying yoga session on the lawn - all while enjoying those gorgeous views. On clear days, you can catch a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean on the horizon.
When it’s time to retire to bed, you’ll be spoiled for choice. The master bedroom - the largest of all - has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soothing steam shower and circular soaking tub. Both the second and third bedrooms have king-sized beds, with the third boasting a large ensuite bathroom and its own private terrace. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
Electra Drive is in a prime position for getting out and about in the area - just a five-minute drive away is the popular hiking destination of Runyon Canyon, while the iconic Sunset Strip can be reached in under ten minutes.
